2. Schedule Construction & Install
Once our direction is clear and pricing is agreed upon, we align the Timber Age™ factory schedule with the project timeline ensuring clear roles, responsibilities and target dates. We coordinate directly with your local contractor or one of our certified builders in your region to ensure strong local expertise.
3. Design & Engineering
Our team finalizes the adaptation of your design to your specific building site and climate zone. We provide a permitting set designed to give you, your Builder and your Building Department the ability to move forward with confidence.
4. Precision Fabrication
The magic of the Timber Age Modular Building System (TAMBS) is underway. Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) routers shape the cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels to 0.5 mm tolerances. These beautiful panels become internal wall, floor and ceiling assemblies specifically sequenced on trailers for scripted assembly at your building site.

Because every component is pre-engineered for a perfect fit, your home’s structural envelope is assembled with surgical precision, drastically reducing on-site noise, waste, and weather exposure.
